The workspace at 9 Holborn is operated by a new flexible office provider with their first location in Westgate House, Chancery Lane. The 22,000 sqft building set over 5 floors is undergoing a substantial refurbishment and will be open on the 15th of October 2021.
The building is self-contained, circa 22,000 sqft and spread over 5 floors. The workspace provider will be completely refurbishing the building with everything new but specifically new air-conditioning and fresh air systems that will ensure the highest standard of air quality in the building. As well as their own building reception, the building will have plenty of bike racks, showers, lockers and drying areas.
The workspace is going to be dedicating the whole of the third floor of the building to a stylish client lounge which will comprise of meeting rooms, American diners, booths, dining tables, café style seating, sofa areas and a brand new roof terrace with a new green wall which we are very excited about.
The new flexible office provider is opting with 1400 x 700mm desks and ensuring there is a minimum of 50 sqft per desk in each office to give clients a sense of space. At this stage of the development you can fully customise any of the floors to your clients requirements. The space can currently provide anything from 3-300 workstations on a flexible contract and during the pre-launch of the building the workspace provider can look to help clients customise their space free of charge.
The workspace is situated at 9 Holborn, located less than a minutes’ walk from Chancery Lane tube station on the central line. With a short walk you can access Farringdon overground as well as Heathrow airport via Holborn station just up the road. Chancery lane is surrounded by great bars, cafes and restaurants as well as Leather Lane which mixes the best of traditional London with the new. Its down-to-earth weekday market which has been operating for a staggering 400 years, is one of the City’s best and is just on our doorstep.
